STEP ONE - GET IN TOUCH

Fill out our contact form on our website with details about your gear. Include a list of all pedals, power supplies, controllers, and any additional components you want on your board. Don’t forget to share any specific preferences, like layout ideas and routing needs to help us create the perfect setup.

STEP TWO - GET YOUR QUOTE

After reviewing your gear list and preferences, we’ll provide a detailed price estimate for your custom build. You’ll also receive a digital mockup to visualize the layout and ensure it meets your expectations before we move forward.

STEP THREE - SHIP YOUR GEAR

Once you approve the design and pricing, we’ll send clear shipping instructions so you can safely send your gear to us. We’ll also guide you through packaging to ensure your gear arrives in perfect condition.

STEP FOUR - THE BUILD

When we receive your gear, we’ll thoroughly inspect everything for functionality. Next, we’ll clean your pedals, optimize their physical layout, and assemble the board. Every detail, from pedal placement to power supply integration, is handled with precision to maximize both performance and aesthetics.

STEP FIVE - TEST & PROGRAM

We’ll carefully wire and test all audio, MIDI, and switching components. Every connection is verified to ensure reliability and clarity. If your rig has advanced MIDI or switching systems, we’ll pre-program presets and test their functionality so everything works seamlessly when it arrives.

STEP SIX - DELIVERY

Once your build is complete, we’ll package your custom board securely and ship it back to you. Along with the finished board, we’ll include tips for setting it up, care instructions, and notes on how to get the most out of your new rig.
